Tim Hollingsworth is an award-winning chef and co-owner of Chain, an LA-based restaurant that focuses on nostalgic fast food. He has previously served as the chef de cuisine at the three-Michelin star restaurant French Laundry and has received accolades like the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Chef of the Year Award in 2010. Known for his expertise in fine dining, Hollingsworth faces the challenge of turning fast-food staples into gourmet wonders in “Chain Food: All-Star Dishes.”

In the show’s trailer, Hollingsworth explains his inspiration for tackling dishes from well-known restaurants. “There’s no food more well-known or beloved than chain food,” he says. “These dishes are the fabric of American cuisine.”
