Hearing Reveals Trump, Giuliani, and Meadows as Unindicted Co-Conspirators in Michigan Fake Elector Case

Former President Donald Trump, his former chief of staff Mark Meadows, and Rudy Giuliani are unindicted co-conspirators in the Michigan attorney general’s case against the state’s “fake electors” in the 2020 election. Michigan AG Dana Nessel charged 16 Republicans with forgery and conspiracy for trying to change electoral votes for Joe Biden to votes for Trump. Ex-Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis is also implicated. In a hearing, agent Howard Shock confirmed Trump’s involvement when questioned by Michele Lundgren’s attorney. Giuliani’s aide stated he stands by concerns about the 2020 election. One defendant’s charges were dropped in exchange for cooperation, while the other 15 continue to plead not guilty.
