Hooded Men in Black Abduct Journalist Carlos Julio Rojas in Caracas

Relatives of journalist and social activist, Carlos Julio Rojas, reported on Monday night, April 15, that he was kidnapped by hooded men dressed in black in the La Candelaria parish, Libertador municipality, Caracas.

Through a report on their website, Rojas’ relatives demanded that Tarek William Saab investigate the case and find the communicator’s whereabouts.
