Jake Paul Admiring Ronaldo’s YouTube Growth, Doubts He’ll Surpass MrBeast

Cristiano Ronaldo may have broken the record for most subscribers in 90 minutes on YouTube, but catching up to MrBeast’s astronomical subscriber count seems out of reach, says Jake Paul.

Many speculated whether the soccer superstar could reach 300 million subscribers given his rapid growth in just a few days of launching his channel. However, Paul shared with TMZ Sports on Friday that he doubts it.

Paul’s comment isn’t intended as shade. In fact, he praised Ronaldo for the impressive milestone but believes MrBeast’s numbers are on an entirely different level.

“Kudos to him,” Paul said of Ronaldo. “Hopefully he drops some awesome videos and I think it’s dope that he’s on the platform.”

Paul has significant experience with YouTube himself, having spent most of his life chasing followers on the platform and currently boasting around 20 million subscribers.

As Ronaldo’s numbers continue to grow—having already surpassed 39 million subscribers—Paul predicts that this growth will eventually plateau.

Despite Paul’s prediction, Ronaldo likely won’t be too concerned. He already has a massive following on Instagram, where he trumps MrBeast with 637 million followers.
