Jessica Biel upheld her super mom reputation by taking her son Silas to an exciting day at the US Open on Thursday. This comes despite the ongoing DWI scandal involving Justin Timberlake.

The 42-year-old actress, who recently showcased her athletic prowess in a workout video with her husband, 43, looked stunning in a cream suit. She held hands with her 9-year-old son while entering the Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The actress, who also shares a son Phineas, four, with the pop star, paired her ensemble with matching high heels. Her dark blonde locks were styled in a chin-length bob, and she flashed her megawatt smile while in the stands.

The outing coincides with news that the New York hotel where Justin stayed prior to his DWI arrest is preparing to provide crucial information in the investigation.

In a court hearing on Friday, Suffolk County prosecutors confirmed they issued a subpoena to The American Hotel, where the singer claimed to have consumed only ‘one martini’ when he was pulled over in the early hours of June 18.

Information gathered through the court order would be invaluable to the prosecution since Justin had refused to take a breath test during his arrest. This test would have determined how much alcohol was actually in his system.

His attorney Edward Burke Jr has publicly stated that the pop star was not intoxicated at the time of his arrest.

Justin, who is currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, was not present at the hearing. This took place a week after his virtual court appearance, during which his driving privileges were suspended under state regulations for a year.

Judge Irace said the decision was based on Timberlake’s refusal to take a breath test at police headquarters after his arrest.

Meanwhile, Jessica is co-starring with Elizabeth Banks in the upcoming series “The Better Sister,” based on the novel by Alafair Burke.

In the show, Biel’s character, Chloe, navigates life with her charming lawyer husband Adam and their teenage son, Ethan. Banks plays Nicky, Chloe’s estranged sister, who struggles to make ends meet while staying sober.
