Kelly Bensimon Casually Dating After Shocking Split from Fiancé Before Wedding

Real estate guru and “Real Housewives of New York City” alum Kelly Bensimon is bouncing back quickly from her recent relationship upheaval.

The former model surprised many by calling off her wedding last month, just a few days before the scheduled ceremony.

However, Bensimon is already on the dating scene again.

“I’m not in a relationship,” Bensimon tells Page Six, but she is “happy to move forward with new possibilities” and is “having fun dating.”

She added that she is enjoying herself and looking forward to her next chapter, but she is not in a committed relationship.

In June, the Bravo star and top broker called off her wedding to financier Scott Litner just four days before the ceremony.

She stated, “I have decided that my two daughters are my priority and I won’t be moving forward with this wedding.”

The split reportedly stemmed from Litner’s refusal to sign a prenup, something Bensimon insists is vital for her legal protection.

Bensimon told Entertainment Tonight, “He thought that I would enter this union without legal protections in place, that I would leave everything to faith.” Adding, “But I’ve worked hard as a single mother and made smart choices for myself and my family, and that will continue.”

Following the breakup, she moved back into Manhattan’s renowned Police Building. She had rented out her old unit, so she is now in another apartment within the same building.

Bensimon is set to appear on “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy,” which airs on Sunday.
