The incident took place in Hillsboro and was reported early Monday morning. The woman was seen crying for help before being carried away by the man. The woman was heard screaming for help as she was taken away in a white pickup truck. Both the suspect and victim were later identified and found, with the suspect being charged with kidnapping.
