Locals band together to preserve beloved Santa Monica eatery Patrick’s Roadhouse

Community members are rallying to save the iconic Santa Monica diner, Patrick’s Roadhouse, known for its bright-green exterior and celebrity clientele. Founded in 1973, the diner has won several awards over the years, including being named the best in California and the USA. Despite struggles due to the pandemic, the diner closed its doors in April 2021. A GoFundMe campaign has been started to raise $250,000 to cover back rent and building maintenance in hopes of saving the beloved establishment. The local community is coming together to support the preservation of this historic landmark.
