Man arrested and injured after allegedly kicking a bison at Yellowstone National Park

A man under the influence of alcohol was injured by a bison after kicking it in Yellowstone National Park. Clarence Yoder was approached too closely and kicked the bison in the leg near the West Entrance, leading to his arrest. Yoder faces charges including being under the influence of alcohol and disturbing wildlife, as does McKenna Bass for driving under the influence and disturbing wildlife. Both entered not guilty pleas and could face fines and jail time. Yellowstone warns visitors to stay a safe distance from wildlife and reminds them of the dangers these animals pose.
