Man sentenced for recording fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt on Jan. 6

John Earle Sullivan, a 29-year-old man from Utah, was sentenced to six years in prison for recording himself instigating violence and filming the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt during the Capitol attack on Jan. 6, 2021.
