Michigan hearing reveals Trump, Giuliani, and Meadows as unindicted co-conspirators in fake elector case

The Michigan AG charged 16 Republicans last year with being “fake electors” in the 2020 election. Former President Donald Trump, Mark Meadows, and Rudy Giuliani are unindicted co-conspirators in the case. The Republicans were accused of forgery and conspiracy to commit election forgery by trying to replace Michigan’s electoral votes for Joe Biden with votes for Trump during the certification on Jan. 6, 2021. Special agent Howard Shock revealed in court that Jenna Ellis is also an unindicted co-conspirator. Some of the charges have been dismissed for cooperation, but the state is still pursuing charges against the others who have pleaded not guilty.
