Minnesota and Wisconsin American Idol Audition Dates Announced

As the team at ABC prepares for another season of the singing competition show American Idol, they are conducting a round of auditions to find the show’s next contestants.

Continuing the tradition from the past few years, they’re hosting their “Idol Across America” virtual auditions again. Much like the traditional on-location auditions, specific dates are designated for each state. The date for both Minnesotans and Wisconsinites to try out is approaching quickly.

Luckily, these auditions are being held on the same day for both states! Whether you live in Minnesota or Wisconsin, mark your calendar for Friday, September 6 as the day to audition for American Idol this year.

The virtual format of the “Idol Across America” auditions allows them to cover a significant amount of ground in a short time. Minnesota, Wisconsin, and three other Midwestern states are all holding their auditions on the same day.

The Idol Across America auditions provide a couple of different ways to showcase your talent and potentially secure a spot on the show.

If you prefer live interactions, you can sign up for a video chat on their website, conducted via Zoom with a show producer. Simply select an available time, and you’ll receive an invite to the call for your audition slot.

Another way to audition is by submitting a video recording via their website.
