Officials report death of second victim in Texas after man drives stolen semitrailer into building

A second person has died after a Texas semitrailer driver intentionally rammed a stolen 18-wheeler into a public safety office in Brenham. Clenard Parker, 42, was charged with murder, aggravated assault, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. The incident occurred on April 12, resulting in the death of a 78-year-old man and Cheryl Turner, 63. Parker had been previously denied a commercial license renewal, leading to the violent confrontation. He remains in jail without an attorney listed. Authorities reported that Parker led law enforcement on a chase before crashing into the same office where his license request was rejected.
