A 50-year-old man was shot by police outside a Target store in Woodbury following a standoff. The incident led to SWAT personnel being on the scene and the store briefly being on lockdown. The man was taken to Regions Hospital, and his identity and condition were not immediately released. The officers involved have been placed on administrative leave.
