Later, Teresa got engaged to Luis Ruelas. Despite Joe Gorga’s attempts to accept Luis, tensions between them escalated. Melissa and Joe chose not to attend Teresa’s wedding, making their decision just days before the event. As Season 14 approaches its end, Teresa and Joe have no contact. Will they ever speak again?

According to Collider, Teresa Giudice sees no path forward with her brother. She recently appeared on Live with Kelly and Mark where she opened up about their fractured relationship. Despite Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’s attempts to reconcile the siblings, Teresa was not open to it:

“We’ve done it so many times, Kelly, and you saw my parents — how I was raised — and there’s a lot of things that, you know, I’m not going to discuss, that happened. I always kept my mouth shut because I didn’t want to upset my parents. And you know what, sometimes, you just can’t go back.”

Teresa once brought their late parents into the feud, which angered Joe further. The ongoing family tension contributed to Bravo considering the possibility of rebooting RHONJ with fresh cast members due to the unresolved conflicts within the current cast.

During past reunions, Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice would usually confront each other, airing their complaints. At the Season 13 RHONJ reunion, their attempts to resolve conflicts were disrupted by Melissa Gorga’s frequent interruptions, infuriating Teresa. This year’s reunion won’t take place due to the cast’s deep divisions. Fans worry this might signal the end of the show. Bravo is planning an alternative special instead and will decide the future direction of the show afterwards.
