Schwarzenegger sought collaboration with renowned actor and screenwriter to potentially irk Stallone.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, known for his roles in ‘Terminator’ and ‘Conan the Barbarian’, as well as being a former Mister Olympia and the governor of California, expressed his interest in working with the acclaimed television and film actor, screenwriter, producer, and director, not just to collaborate on a project, but also to make his long-time rival and colleague Sylvester Stallone jealous. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter last year during the premiere of his series ‘FUBAR’ on Netflix, Schwarzenegger mentioned his dream of working with Taylor Sherindan, the creator of popular series like ‘Yellowstone’, ‘1883’, ‘1923’, ‘Special Ops: Lioness’, and ‘Tulsa King’ (the latter starred Stallone).

It’s clear that Schwarzenegger’s desire to collaborate with Taylor Sherindan comes from his competitive spirit towards Sylvester Stallone, aiming to provoke jealousy in the ‘Rambo’ and ‘Rocky’ star. Despite their different approaches to storytelling – Sherindan focusing on narrative while Schwarzenegger leans towards action – many fans of both actors would love to see a collaboration between them.

Schwarzenegger has expressed his admiration for ‘Yellowstone’, praising Sherindan’s talent and the phenomenal cast. He also noted that he now pays more attention to performances than he did in the past, when he was solely focused on his own success and competition with others like Stallone.

The question remains: will Schwarzenegger and Sherindan ever work on a project together, similar to Sherindan’s collaboration with Stallone?
