Second victim found at residence of man suspected of murdering woman outside West Richland school, police say

Police have identified 40-year-old Elias Huizar as a suspect in the killing of a woman outside an elementary school and the abduction of a 1-year-old child. A homicide victim was found at Huizar’s home. Huizar, a former Yakima cop, is considered armed and dangerous and was due in court for a pending child rape case. He may be driving a silver 2009 Toyota Corolla to Mexico. Authorities are working with various agencies to locate him. Anyone with information should contact 911.
