Security guard outside Los Angeles music executive’s home is shot

An investigation is underway after a security guard was shot outside the Encino home of music executive Amir Esmailian. The shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. and the guard was wounded multiple times while in a guard shack on the property. The guard was taken to a local hospital for treatment and three suspects involved in the shooting fled the scene. Esmailian, a talent manager and record producer, is the co-founder of XO Records and the co-manager of The Weeknd. The home where the shooting occurred is currently for sale for nearly $12 million.
