Shakira made a grand entrance at the Copa America final on Sunday (July 14), dazzling fans with a vibrant halftime show. Amidst the Argentina vs. Colombia game held at Hard Rock Stadium, the Colombian superstar performed a captivating mix of her classic and recent hits.

Presented by Verizon, the globally adored musician appeared in a stunning metallic silver skirt and halter top. She kicked off her performance with the ever-popular “Hips Don’t Lie,” before exclaiming, “Te Quiero, Colombia!” (I love you, Colombia).

Joined by both human and robotic dancers, Shakira kept the energy high with performances of “Te Felicito,” “TQG,” and “Puntería,” all while showing off her impeccable dance moves. The stadium’s screens also came alive with large 3D wolves and floating gems, emblematic of Shakira’s new artistic phase.

While Shakira is no stranger to major sports events, having graced stages at the World Cup, Davis Cup, NBA All-Star, and Super Bowl, this event marked her inaugural performance at Copa America, the oldest international soccer tournament.
