Simone Biles’ Husband Describes Her Olympic Performance in Three Words

Jonathan Owens couldn’t be prouder of what his wife, USA Gymnastics star Simone Biles, is achieving at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

Biles is off to a dominant start at the Olympics, leading the women’s all-around leaderboard with a score of 59.566. She’s headed to the Olympic all-around final, where she will also compete against her USA teammate, Sunisa Lee.

Remarkably, Biles accomplished this feat with an injured calf, having sustained the setback on the first day of the competition.

On Monday, Biles expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to continue performing gymnastics, especially at such an elite level. She shared several Olympic photos of herself on Instagram, captioning them with, “grateful to be doing what I love.”

Owens, quick to show his support, commented on her post with words of encouragement: “Killing it baby.”

The Chicago Bears safety has always been supportive of his wife’s gymnastics career. In recent months, he has attended numerous competitions in which Biles has participated.

As for the Olympics, Owens is set to head to Paris soon, having been given some time off by the Bears to go and support his wife in person.
