New video shows a tornado destroying the Garner Industries facility in Lincoln during April’s tornado outbreak. It took less than ten seconds for the twister to wipe the plant away. Garner announced the layoff of 62 employees after the storm demolished the entire 115,000 square foot facility. The company’s CEO stated that the layoffs were necessary to keep the business running. Compensations and health benefits will be provided to the impacted employees. The shocking dash cam video shows the tornado’s destruction. The facility was rated as beyond repair after the EF3 tornado hit.
