Texas residents evacuated and homes damaged as rivers reach levels seen during Hurricane Harvey

Intense flooding in Texas caused by strong storms and heavy rainfall has led to damaged homes, evacuation orders, and water rescues. The state has experienced multiple severe weather events since early April, including tornadoes, hailstorms, and excessive rainfall.
