Additionally, the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office reported flooded roads such as Cypress Rosehill and Grand Pkwy and Gosling Road between FM 2920 Road and Spring Stuebner Road. This severe weather situation required continuous closures and posed challenges for residents in the affected areas.
