Under the influence of alcohol, man sustains injuries while kicking bison’s leg at Yellowstone

A 40-year-old man kicked a bison at Yellowstone National Park under the influence of alcohol, resulting in the man being injured and arrested. The incident occurred on April 21, with officials locating the suspect’s vehicle and arresting him in West Yellowstone, Montana. The man, Clarence Yoder, was charged with multiple offenses, as was the driver of the vehicle, McKenna Bass. Both pleaded not guilty in court. Yoder sustained minor injuries and was treated at a medical facility before being taken to the Gallatin County Detention Center. Visitors are reminded to stay at a safe distance from wildlife in the park.
