Juarez City.- This afternoon, agents of the Texas National Guard shot rubber bullets in the face of a migrant as he was digging along the banks of the River, trying to pass the barbed wires underground. One of the bullets containing pepper spray hit his face. This is a scenario that is currently being experienced on the dividing line.
