He attended a screening of “Fallout” where Vulture inquired about his newfound internet fame, which has sparked numerous TikTok compilations of his character, the Ghoul, set to club music. Goggins appeared to be embracing this online adoration quite well.

He chose, “Baby Billy. Why not! I mean, he would last a day. Or maybe he wouldn’t, I don’t know.
