Zelensky accuses Russia of exploiting delayed arms shipments

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed concern that Russia is taking advantage of slow delivery of Western weapons to launch offensive attacks, leading to casualties in Odesa. He emphasized the need for faster aid delivery, particularly for artillery shells and air defense systems. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg acknowledged that Ukraine has been outgunned and rationing ammunition due to delayed US military aid, but expressed optimism that future deliveries would be helpful. While Stoltenberg confirmed Ukraine’s goal of NATO membership, an official invitation at the upcoming summit is unlikely. The situation on the frontline has worsened, with multiple Russian attacks reported.
