Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Attend Charity Tennis for His 40th Birthday

Prince Harry recently marked his 40th birthday in style alongside his wife, Meghan Markle, at the George Zajfen Tennis Tournament held in Los Angeles on September 14.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended this charity tournament, which aims to support the Alliance for Children’s Rights. The event was held in memory of Kelly McKee Zajfen’s late son, George, and was sponsored by The Archwell Foundation.

Following the event, Zajfen took to Instagram, expressing gratitude to Harry and Meghan for their support. She noted their friendship and the vital work undertaken by The Archewell Foundation. In her post, she shared heartwarming photos from the tournament as well.

She praised the couple for being a “guiding light” for her family, especially in their commitment to helping children in foster care. Zajfen emphasized that the funds raised from the tournament would help ensure that these children receive necessary legal protections, resources, and opportunities.

Her heartfelt message continued with appreciation for the couple’s dedication, saying, “On behalf of the Alliance for Children’s Rights, we thank you. On behalf of our family, we love you. Extra special day too…HAPPY 40th Birthday H! ✨ May this trip around the sun be the best yet.”

Prince Harry also received well-wishes from family members on his special day. His brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Princess Kate, celebrated by sending a birthday message via social media.

In their post, the Prince and Princess of Wales extended their warm wishes, stating, “Wishing a Happy 40th Birthday to the Duke of Sussex.” They also shared birthday greetings from King Charles and Queen Camilla.

According to previous reports, Prince Harry was set to celebrate his birthday with Meghan and close friends at their lavish $14 million Montecito home, which they share with their two children, Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3.

Reflecting on turning 40, Harry shared his thoughts in a statement released by the BBC on September 13. He mentioned feeling anxious when he turned 30 but expressed excitement about entering his 40s. “Whatever the age, my mission is to continue showing up and doing good in the world,” he said.

Prince Harry further acknowledged that becoming a father has deeply influenced his outlook on life. He stated that being a dad to “two incredibly kind and funny kids” has provided him with a new perspective and renewed focus in all his endeavors.

“Being a dad is one of life’s greatest joys,” he remarked, adding that it has made him more driven and committed to improving the world.
