Even for experienced Windows admins, the wide world of Linux can seem confusing and overwhelming when it comes to new and lateral entry. the iX-Workshop “Linux administration for Windows admins” teaches you the basics of the open source operating system in detail over five days. From the installation and the boot process to working on the command line to setting up the file system, user, software and network management and logging, the workshop covers everything that Linux admins can and need to know.

The course is aimed at admins with basic IT skills. Trainer Wolfgang Krüger from B1 Systems is a Linux expert and consultant. In addition to Linux administration, his focus is on configuration management and certification.

As an online workshop, the course will take place from February 7th to 11th, 2022 in a remote classroom of our partner B1 Systems. An up-to-date browser is sufficient to participate. In order to enable an intensive exchange and to allow sufficient space for questions about the administration of Linux, the course is limited to 15 participants. If you register by January 10th, you will enjoy an early bird discount of 10%. Further course dates will take place in April, August and December 2022.
