‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ is, so far, the most successful Spider-Man film of all the sagas, after grossing in its third week in theaters just over 1,530 million dollars worldwide.

And without a doubt, much of this mega success responds to the enormous expectation to see Tom Holland fighting evil alongside Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

To see the three Spider-Man joining forces, each from different realities and eras, and at the same time witnessing the return of the actors who gave life to the arachnid in previous sagas; it has been one of the biggest gifts that Marvel and Sony have been able to give to fans of the famous superhero.

The event was so big, that there is even talk of possible future films with Maguire and Garfield.

In the meantime, we can only speculate on what the successful third film installment of the MCU will leave us. And precisely, one of the issues that are coming to light after the premiere of ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’, is how much the actors charged to be part of this mega premiere.

Tom Holland

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Tom Holland earned $250,000 for appearing briefly as “Spider-Man” in Captain America: Civil War.

He then earned $500,000 as a base salary in ‘Spiderman: Homecoming,’ however, he eventually collected $1.5 million counting bonuses.

He later earned $3 million for his appearance in 2018’s Avengers: Endgame. Today, his standard base salary for a single appearance in a movie is $4-5 million.

Variety report published on December 22 indicates that, following the great success of the latest installment of ‘Spider-Man’, Holland’s salary could amount to $10 million.

Tobey Maguire

Tobey Maguire earned a respectable $4 million for playing the arachnid superhero in ‘Spider-Man 1’,and in the sequels he earned quite a bit more: for ‘Spider-Man 2’he negotiated a salary of $17.5 million, plus 5% of the box office.

Then, for the last installment, he received a slightly lower salary, of $ 15 million dollars, but with much more box office, rising to 7.5%.

Andrew Garfield

According to the deadline in 2010, Andrew Garfield charged $500,000 for the first film; $1 million for the second and should have earned $2 million for the third.

However, there is no indication that he received anything for the third tape that never saw the light.

And how much did Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield charge for appearing in Spider-Man: No Way Home?

On how much Tobey Maguire charged for making his triumphant appearance in ‘No Way Home’, there’s much information about it.

What is known (more or less) are the conditions he put in place to return to the franchise. It is known that he asked that his lines be as minimalist as possible and that not much be revealed about what became of his “Spider-Man” in all these years.

As far as Andrew Garfield is concerned, it has been rumored that he charged $1 million for the thirty-odd minutes he appeared on the screen.

Nonetheless, Garfield was the one who caused the most excitement among the arachnid fandom, with many people calling for his third film, or another project within the company, to finally take place.
